Worst of Lies

Everyone dislikes a person that lies, and I am no different.

But the worst of lies I think are the ones we tell ourselves.

Making excuses for why we do or don’t do something.

Stop the lies and look inside yourself for the truth.

Once you openly except why you lie to yourself it becomes easier to face the things that you must change.

You have the strength to do whatever it takes to put truth back in your life.
