Not only would someone that really needs any kind of connection in their lives gain from you sharing a bit of humanity with them, but the JOY you receive from GIVING is a seed that will grow within you and bring more to your life than you can imagine.
So many in this world only need someone to reach out their hand with some act of kindness to show them they matter.
I for one can’t or won’t see why people can just walk by someone they KNOW is in need and try not to even glance in their direction! Why is it so hard to be what you were born (Human)? Has humanity become so far gone that we can show more kindness to animals or a pet than we can show to another Human Being? I love my pets and all living creatures, but take a second to think how we treat them compared to the way we would treat someone that’s in need, maybe starving or doesn’t have a coat to keep them warm
